About Thrive

With 30 years of homebuilding experience, Thrive Home Builders (Thrive) aims “to be a force for good” in the community, and we fundamentally believe in the transformative power of homeownership and the stability that comes with owning a home. Thrive’s building practices have propelled us to become an industry leader for high performance homes that provide the opportunity of homeownership for entry-level, income-qualified homeowners to luxury homebuyers.

We’re proud to share that Thrive was named the 2022 PCBC Gold Nugget Home of Year for its Vitality home collection and is also the 2021 most energy-efficient production home builder before solar in the US and Canada (Source: RESNET). Thrive homes use innovative building practices that incorporate the highest standards of energy efficiency and sustainability with the homeowner’s health in mind. Thrive has Energy Star, EPA Indoor airPLUS, and LEED Certified homes that are Zero Energy Ready.

In combination with its standard practices, Thrive is pushing the boundaries of homebuilding with the Thrive Carbon-Wise building process. Thrive Carbon-Wise focuses on carbon reduction, including both operational carbon, such as the energy used in heating and cooling or lighting in a home, as well as the embodied carbon from the manufacturing of the home’s components.

Thrive also puts an additional emphasis on building healthy homes and is among the nation’s leading healthy home builders as evidenced by numerous Environmental Protection Agency Indoor airPLUS Leader Awards. Thrive is the five-time recipient of the EPA Indoor airPLUS Leader award and has built more homes with the highest EPA air quality standards than any other home builder in Colorado.

Each Thrive home comes standard with an active radon ventilation system and high capture filtration, exceeding the EPA standards. These practices of building homes with clean indoor air quality improve our homeowner’s daily health and well-being. More than ever, we believe that the air you breathe inside should be as clean as the air you breathe outside.

Thrive’s masterful design and high-functioning homes are redefining everyday living for homeowners and the environment. We take pride in what we do because we know that we are creating neighborhoods and homes for our friends and neighbors.
